Telecaller - Accounting Firm (0-1 yrs)
We are looking forward to the US Caller (Outbound Process)
The candidate should be focused and possess strong communication skills. Candidates with earlier relevant experience are highly desired and will be given priority.
Responsibilities.
- To call the US-based CPAs and Accounting firms and pitch them our services and generate sales.
- Follow Up Calls and Emails to the leads and prospects.
- Involve in all stages of a sales life cycle from lead generation to sales closure.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Maintain relationships with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4 years prior industry-related US outbound calling experience.
- Fluent in English, Both Spoken and written communication.
- Interpersonal skills to work with US clients.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful client closure strategies.
Shift Time. : mUS Shift 7 pm to 4 am IST.
Payment : Salary No bar for suitable candidates.
Commission / Bonus / Incentive on target achievement.
Employment Type. : Full-time
