JOB DESCRIPTION :
- The Telecaller executive will be responsible for assisting in a range of sales initiatives within Oh! Puhleeez Branding Agency.
- He/She is responsible for helping organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
- The selected intern will coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
- He/She will make inbound and outbound calls to the budding clients to encourage them to purchase the services.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of services.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
