- Outbound Calls : Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Inbound Calls : Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sales : Achieve sales targets by convincing potential customers to purchase our products/services.
- Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve product/services and customer experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activities and sales performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
