- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

- Report feedback and insights from calls to improve marketing and sales strategies.

- Handle objections and rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:

- Graduation in any field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
