Telecaller (1-2 yrs)
We want candidates who hare hardworking and loyal towards their work that have to work in sales and make a deal close .
- Help clients navigate the home buying and selling process:Market knowledge
- Stay informed about market conditions and advise clients on when to buy Property management
- Develop and maintain a list of properties, prepare listings, and arrange showings Property visits
- Accompany clients on property visits, gather information, and answer questions
Negotiations
- Negotiate sales agreements between buyers and sellers, and help clients make fair offers
Paperwork
- Handle necessary paperwork and ensure all documents and conditions are in place for transactions
Marketing
- Create compelling listings, use digital marketing strategies, and coordinate open houses
Other tasks
- Evaluate clients' finances, suggest repairs to increase ROI, and inform property owners of potential damage
