Telecaller (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments within specified timelines.
- Provide excellent customer service while effectively communicating payment terms and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payment collections, including dates, amounts, and payment methods.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans or settlements, if necessary.
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts, escalating issues to the appropriate departments as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment-related discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide regular reports on payment collections, outstanding balances, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements :
- 1+ years experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in payment collection or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and with empathy.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
