Telecaller (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support needs.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details and call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales.
- Address customer questions or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer outreach.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and scripts during calls while maintaining a personalized approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills in [Language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages).
-Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
