Telecaller (0-1 yrs)
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, managing customer interactions, and promoting our products/services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Sales & Promotion:
- Pitch and sell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions in the CRM.
- Document feedback and suggestions for service improvements.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversions.
- Share market insights and customer preferences.
Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive interaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Experience: Fresher or Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in conversations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work Schedule: Mon - Fri ( 10 AM - 6 PM)
