We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Hindi Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and securing sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Provide detailed information about products/services to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure successful conversion.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions.
