Telecaller Role
Job Description :
- Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment
- Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment
- Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time
- To take Customer regress follow-up to recover dues
- Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
- Update account status and database regularly
- To achieve targets that have been assigned
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Fresher & Experienced both are eligible, Candidates with experience in collections or mortgage services will have an advantage (DRA preferred)
- Unlimited Incentive Plan with transparent KRA's
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Candidates with fluency in English & Regional language (Tamil, Telugu & Kannada)
- Basic MS-Excel knowledge.
- Fixed day shifts
