Job Role : Tele caller at Just Dial
Role and responsibility :
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential clients. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Experience : Fresher as well as experienced Candidate both are welcome.
Qualification : Any Graduate with Excellent Communication skills both Oral as well as Written Also undergraduate with Excellent Communication Skills.
Budget : 16k to 20k( Incentive)
Location : Pune
