Brief Description :
- The position of tele caller consists of generating leads from valid data provided by company. As a Tele caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Role Description :
- Connecting the customers and explaining them about the product and services offered by the company.
- Should be good in explaining the script to the customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Understanding the customers requirements in specific.
- Resolving queries raised by the customers on the products offering.
- Recording the calls for better quality control.
- Processing the requirements placed by the customers.
