Tele Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
- Do Cold Calling on the Lead-Based Data.
- To Close the leads provided by the company.
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners.
- Selling life insurance through Bancassurance partner
- Achieve Monthly Sales targets for Attractive Incentives.
Ideal Profile of candidate :
- Candidates preferred with prior work experience in Telesales
- Good communication skill
- Experience in Insurance sales (Health or Life or General Insurance) - will be given weightage
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- The candidates should have shown good performance trends
- Rewards and Recognition certificates or e-mails
- Regular incentives earned
- Candidates should not be a job hopper
