Tele Relationship Officer - Outbound Sales - Insurance (0-3 yrs)
Reputed Bank / Insurance Company hiring for the following profile,
JOB- TITLE:- Tele Relationship Officer- (outbound sales)
QUALIFICATION:- Any graduate (No PUC and no Engineering Graduates)
JOB LOCATION:- Bangalore-
TIMING:- 09.30 Am to 06.30 Pm (No rotational/night shifts)
CTC- FOR
Fresher:- 1.8 Lac-
- Up to 2 yr Exp:- 2.50 Lac max based on the performance during interview
LANGUAGES:- - English,- Hindi preferable
Key Accountabilities-
- To speak to- existing customers and for cross selling, up-selling and- engage for customer retention.
- To speak to new customers and enhance sales.
- Ensure desired productivity and quality metrics are met.
- Ensure daily call targets login hours and schedule adherence is met-
- Adhere to compliance norms.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline with or without experience .In case experienced Experience of 6- months to 3 years in Telesales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi
- Exceptional soft skills
- Good at objection handling and solutions
- Knowledge of MS office
- Candidates willing to join immediately
