JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending incoming & outgoing calls and transfer to concern department.
- Checking mails and reply & also forward to concern person.
- Welcome to visitors.
- Keeping records of attendance of employees.
- Tele calling to generate new buyer.
- Explain about our project.
- Arrange meeting if positive.
- Depute Executive to collect payment as well as site visit if required by the customer.
- Proper follow-up with exciting customer to mature the enquiry.
- Keeping record for enquiry & existing customer.
