Tele Callers 

- We are looking for a Telemarketer to work with our Marketing team who can convert lead to sales by communicating with the customer regarding the Venture Details.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Make calls to customers and generate prospective leads for the business

- Regular follow up with the prospective customers regarding the deals and estimates quoted by them

- Handling inquiries related to residential or commercial properties

- Manage Inbound and Outbound Call Handling Process

- Provide product and service information to customers.

- Follow up customer calls for existing customers to provide service information where ever necessary.

- Scheduling site visits and asking customers for site visits

- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

- Complete call logs and reports

Qualification and Skills:

- Any graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Voice processes preferably in Real Estate Industry

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

- Excellent telemarketing and sales skills

- Excellent conversation and presentation skills on call

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
