Teksands - Assistant Manager - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how Teksands can catalyse their career.
- Maintaining a detailed report of conversations done with the learners on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality & generation.
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Teksands's model of learning.
- Ownership of entire sales cycle.
- Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.

- Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage.

- Individual with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
