Tekie - Manager - Customer Success (1-6 yrs)
- To maximize conversion by contacting prospective customers and providing them with relevant information about our offerings.
- Perform initial on-boarding of customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer's lifetime
- Perform periodic customer health that confirms satisfaction, and resolve issues with the help of the relevant team.
- Manage, train, and ensure the quality of the mentors.
- Provide necessary support to the mentors.
- Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations with the students/parents.
- Provide expert customer insight to Product and Marketing teams on what innovation and continuous improvement are needed in the user experience, product capabilities, and features, and customer engagement processes that ensure rapid adoption, and high referral rates.
- Account escalation to any alerts, red flags, and dip in the quality of the mentors.
- Exceed all performance targets.
