Job Summary
We are looking for Client Relationship Manager who can handle US Client (Night Shift Job)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage Client Account to ensure needs are being met and additional business opportunities are identified.
- Clearly communicate and advise operations of any client issues and coordinate plans to improve or enhance services for the client
- Develop regular reporting to the client to ensure their directives are being met
- Effectively manage projects to achieve optimum results and successfully meet client expectations
- Assists with invoicing and timely payment on invoices
Qualifications and Skills :
- Good interpersonal skills
- Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
- Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and research Skills
- Decision-making skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

- Comfortable with ambiguity and change management
- Manage and maximize opportunities to achieve sales goals while staying within financial guidelines using excel and pivot table reporting.
