Tekdi Technologies - Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
- We, Tekdi Technologies are a dynamic and rapidly growing software development company looking to expand our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by actively prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing sales. Responsibilities :
1. Generate leads : Proactively research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and lead nurturing.
2. Qualify leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit with our products/services, and determine their potential as qualified leads.
3. Conduct product/service presentations : Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings. Effectively communicate how our solutions can address customer pain points and meet their specific needs.
4. Consultative selling : Adopt a consultative selling approach by asking probing questions, actively listening to prospects' challenges, and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. Build trust, offer expert advice, and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
5. Manage sales pipeline : Track and manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system. Update customer interactions, record progress, and ensure accurate forecasting. Follow up on leads, schedule and conduct meetings, and move prospects through the various stages of the sales process.
6. Negotiation and closing : Engage in negotiation with prospects, addressing objections, and resolving concerns. Strive to find mutually beneficial agreements that result in closed deals. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
7. Customer relationship management : Maintain ongoing relationships with customers. Provide post-sales support, address customer inquiries, and act as a point of contact for any issues or escalations. Aim to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and potentially upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
8. Collaboration : Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and other teams to provide feedback on lead quality, share market insights, and contribute to refining sales strategies. Work collectively to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.
9. Continuous learning and skill development : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Participate in training programs, workshops, and self-study to continuously improve sales capabilities and enhance performance.
10. Reporting and analytics : Track and analyze sales data, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length. Generate reports to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to management.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related role is preferred.
- Must know SDLC, modern software development technologies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup culture.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
