IT Software Product Sales Specialist (European Market Focus)
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented IT Software Product Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team with a keen focus on the European market. This role is pivotal in driving our company's revenue growth by expertly identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into satisfied customers through strategic sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with international clients, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in understanding diverse business cultures and customer needs.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Management :
- Efficiently manage inbound leads generated through various marketing campaigns, prioritizing them based on fit and potential value.
- Utilize a mix of research, networking, and social selling techniques to identify and establish connections within target accounts.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority, with a strong emphasis on working with international clients.
Strategic Outreach :
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to the European market.
- Conduct cold calls and other outreach strategies to identify and qualify potential customers, incorporating research to understand potential clients' needs and fitment thoroughly.
- Implement nurturing strategies to evolve qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Pre-Sales Excellence :
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and potential client backgrounds.
- Craft tailored sales presentations, demo content, and sales support documents to align with specific customer needs across various industry verticals.
- Show initiative in researching potential clients and making phone outreach to understand their needs, ensuring a personalized approach.
Demonstration Mastery :
- Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in developing tailored sales demos and strategies aimed at the European market, respecting cultural preferences and time zone differences.
- Deliver engaging, customized online product demonstrations, effectively handling objections and showcasing product expertise.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 4 year of experience in B2B sales, IT product sales, or a related field, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with international clients, with a willingness to conduct deep research and make targeted outreach calls.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to develop different ideas and strategies in sales pitches.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and experience with email marketing campaigns is highly regarded.
- Must be very strong in bringing clients and setting appointments for demonstrations, showcasing an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
