Senior Sales Executive 

Responsibility :

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.

- Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations

- Outline and manage sales budgets

- Set quarterly and annual sales goals

- Build a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

- Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals

- Working on detailed sales forecasting

- Helping on Recruiting process (working close with HR Dept. on Hiring salespersons)

- Working with sales pipeline and open more lead sources.

- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction

- Prospecting and lead generation and nurturing experience.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven work experience on Senior sales executives or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills

- Budget negotiation and collaboration strategies
