The company is seeking sales team manager for EdTech business of TechXR Innovations.

Requirements :

- Managing team of career counsellors (Sales Executive) to promote the AR-VR Developer course among students.

- Initially the person is required to be an individual contributor and sell the 'AR-VR Development Certification' course to build required understanding of the process and generate business through lead conversions.

- Managing leads and follow up with prospective customers

- Monitoring team performance and reporting to top management on regular basis.

- Carefully going through the pitch of executives and work on the quality of calls regularly

- Train the executives after identifying the areas of improvement

- Setting up the process for necessary training module

- Candidate should be self-motivated with the ownership attitude.

- Candidate should have 1+ years of experience of managing team of tele-callers/career counsellor

- Candidate should have knowledge of CRM system, preferably Zoho CRM and expert in devising and tracking performance matrix of sales executives.
