Job Location: Vijayawada, Nellore, Kolkata, Patna

Purpose :

To deliver Sales as per targets, to grow as a successful salesperson and develop future leadership quality and enhance sales skills, with the focus on customer delight.

Responsibilities :

- Experience in technology sales (Home Automation, Home theater, ProAV, BMS, Security & Surveillance, Intrusion Alarm , IOT, Connected led lighting)

- Worked with any OEM/System Integrator/ Value added Distributor for above mentioned products

- Must have strong relationship with influencers like Architects, Interior designers, Electrical contractors, Consultants & Builders

- Meeting CXO or directors of companies and should have good presentation skills

- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc)

- Handling Techno Commercial negotiation and queries of customers effectively

- Retaining existing channel partners & Keep adding new potential partners in terms of System integrators and Influencers

- Must ensure long term relationship with all customers continuously through personal meetings and assist them with required services

- Generating prospects and closing the sales through site visits and technical demonstration to prospects( End customers )

- Willingness to travel to remote locations

- Able to work independently as well as in team

- Should have own vehicle to commute

- Should have Good communication skills (English/Hindi) and regional language

- Should be smart and with positive attitude
