About the Role :

- Candidate will be responsible to manage, execute and report BTL Marketing, Event Marketing & Experience Centre promotion plans to build brand awareness, increase engagement and lead generation. 

- Candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the experiential marketing plans for the brand.

- Candidate will co-ordinate with regional sales team for their BTL and Events requirement and will plan the relevant & effective solution in given time frame and budget. 

- Candidate will be travelling to various partner stores and events across India to plan and execute the branding work.

Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be responsible to manage and execute BTL Marketing Plans for the brand including Partner Store Branding, Hogar

- Experience Centre Branding, Events, Trade Shows, RWA Activations. Candidate will responsible to create presentations, reports & concept notes for BTL Marketing activities, Events & RWA. Candidate will also coordinate with various vendors and agencies to procure samples and materials required for BTL Marketing and marketing support to the partners. Candidate will also coordinate with internal and external teams / agencies to ensure timely deliveries of marketing & support of the sales teams and partners.

Required Skills :

- MBA or Relevant Master Degree

- Knowledge of BTL Marketing : Signage, Standee, Canopies, Posters, Flex Banners, Event Stall Design, Printing of Brochures & Catalogues, Merchandising

- Hands on experience in creating, planning, budgeting and executing BTL marketing strategies for a luxury brand

- Event Management experience is a must

- Experience of working with event or BTL marketing agencies & external partners on showroom design, store branding, events, trade shows, RWA activations

- Knowledge of vendor contracts and agreements

- Good organisational techniques with meticulous attention to details

- Knowledge in Advanced MS Office

- Willingness to Travel
