Techspian - Manager - Inside Sales (3-9 yrs)
Techspian is creating a brand new Inside Sales division! Our objective is to streamline our sales process to scale. At Techspian you will be creating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our sales team. We- re looking for driven individuals that possess an inquisitive mind, an excellent phone presence and enjoy the challenges of outbound prospecting. In addition, you'll also be managing a critical part of our sales process by qualifying inbound prospects identified through our marketing initiatives.

What you'll do:
- Make calls and send emails to potential future customers who have expressed interest in learning more about Techspian Solutions and Services for Mobility, Platform Engineering, AI and Machine Learning, Digital Transformation.
- Capture the reasons why customers are looking for enterprise B2B solutions - Social Selling
- Tip of the spear in an exciting ground-breaking field to educate C-level executives on Digital Transformation technologies
- Amp-up customer prospecting by making outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads - Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Ambitious email automation using Zoho sequenced workflows and personally crafted written communications
- Empathize with prospective customers, listen for challenges, business drivers and dive deep into true key business challenges as well as qualify for continued lead nurturing
- Efficiently use internal resources (outbound sales, business development, leadership, and presales) at the right point in the sales process to influence the buying process
- Empathize with prospective customers, listen for challenges, business drivers and dive deep into true key business challenges as well as qualify for handoffs to the sales teams.
- Read and respond to prospect communications style and flex personal style to mirror prospects style. Approach and offer deeply extraordinary customer experience
- Promote and drive interest for monthly webinars and regional events.
- Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding Inbound Sales Service Levels
Your background:
- Four or more years of successful Sales or Inside Sales experience
- Entrepreneurial and coachable mindset
- Passion and ability to educate on next generation technology
- Ability to focus while working in an active, high-energy and dynamic work environment with grit, determination and Challenger mentality
- Ability to easily connect with people on the phone, build trust, learn challenges through quality questions and active listening
- Extraordinary verbal, written and presentation skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Any marketing automation and CRM experience
- Experience of leveraging Account Based Marketing
