Techsofin - Manager - Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Hiring a SEO Consultant who will design, implement and drive our SEO strategy. Apply if you are excited about building a platform for true entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for driving the following :
- Craft and then A/B test ad copies, landing pages, bidding, and campaigns
- Perform daily bids, budget, and creative optimizations to meet growth targets
- Maintain detailed reports including key KPIs such as ad spend, ad conversion rates, and lead conversion rates
- Upload warm leads into our proprietary database to be shared with clients
Experience Required :
- Track record of running successful B2C campaigns
- Experience managing X figure ad budgets
- Strong optimization background with Google Adwords, Social Media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Quora, Reddit, etc)
- Expert ability in audience targeting
- Good understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
- Copywriting and content marketing experience

- Have strong communication skills for both following up with leads via email and phone, and for working cross-departmentally with marketing and creative to develop ads
- Have an analytical approach to continuously improve top and bottom-line results
- Like keeping a pulse on the industry for new trends and tools
- Have the ability to work extremely independently in a startup environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities
