Inside Sales Executive - Female
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Pipeline Development by continuously prospecting to develop new clients/new business that enables meeting and exceeding quota attainment.
- Responsible to identifying, qualify, develop, and maintain thorough Client relationships by researching consumer needs (assessing their problems or opportunities), and identify how our Digital Marketing services can meet them.
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client
- Responsible for activities to support pipeline and account activity (managing timely detailed responses to Clients, RFP- s, etc)
- Commit to customer service by building relationships by meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
- Maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics.
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings
- Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts.

- Ability to effectively interact with Clients (senior level management).
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills

Functional Knowledge, Skills and Competencies :
Preferred :
- Background and knowledge of Digital Marketing strategic sales process and solution selling.
Mandatory :
- Candidates must have a strong analytical and Logical reasoning mind-set.
- Must exhibit excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
- Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making.
- Ability to team effectively at all levels of TechShu and Client personnel (to include c-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
- Business Expertise
- Ability to understand the specific business challenges and can appropriately deliver value propositions that tie to the client's needs.
- Possess understanding of strategic selling methodologies.
- Self-motivated, self-directed and possesses a problem solving attitude.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (BA, Bcom, BSc)
- Experience in 0 - 2 years of Digital Marketing Sales (Preferred)
