TechQilla - Manager - Social Media & Influencer Marketing (2-3 yrs)
We are looking to grow our marketing team by adding a highly motivated and curious Social Media & Influencer Marketing professional for social & influencer strategy, and stakeholder management. At TechQilla, you will get a chance to work with and learn from industry leaders, and develop immense marketing expertise in eCommerce and Direct-to-consumer goods.
You could be a perfect fit if:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing & influencer marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Worked with B2B brands
- Running ad campaigns
- Experience in building community or influencer growth channels
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Creating a lively social presence in line with the brand personality
- Creating a content calendar to stay top-of-mind for key audiences
- Staying in line with trends and delivering engagement via social
- Measure collaboration impact on business and identify levers to improve it
- Identifying and building partnerships with key online influencers
- Sourcing quality influencers with high ROI for collaborations
- Negotiation of collaboration deliverables and fees
- Following up with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress of the project
- Execution of campaigns - ensure terms of collaboration are adhered to during the execution of campaigns
- Measure collaboration impact on business and identify levers to improve it
