We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Specialist that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment with at least 2+ years of experience in IT services offshoring.

What does an Inside Sales Specialist do?

- An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting up appointments to discuss business opportunities.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include:

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and lead follow-up.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Understanding customer needs and requirements.

- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly quotas of meetings and appointments.

- Understand customer needs and requirements.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

- Team with Sr. Sales Manager to build pipeline and close deals.

Requirements :

- Proven inside sales experience of 2-3 years in IT service offshoring.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Track record of over-achieving meetings and appointments quota.

- Proficient with sales enablement tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, seamless.ai etc.

- Experience working with CRM such as Zoho, Hubspot etc.

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
