- Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Monitoring industry trends as well as competition
- Appointment fixing for sales meeting for senior management
- Customer servicing & retention, generating leads
- Attending phone calls and coordinating with clients
- Good knowledge in IT sales
- Focus should be to increase the sales of the company
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing
- Any degree
- Freshers / Experienced (Preference for Candidates in the Same Domain)
