Technomorph - Senior Business Development Manager (7-10 yrs)

The Senior Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding the business development setup. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading the business development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software services and a proven track record of successful business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve company growth objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.

- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.

- Establish and build the business development team, including hiring and mentoring junior members.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions to clients.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets and revenue growth.

- Represent Technomorph Corporation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Oversee the creation and management of the business development infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Good to have 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the IT software services industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

- Strong understanding of IT software services, cloud computing, and consulting services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Experience managing and mentoring a team is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in establishing and scaling business development processes and teams in a startup environment.
