- We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in lead generation through email marketing and LinkedIn. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic email campaigns and leveraging the power of LinkedIn networking. This role requires a deep understanding of effective email marketing tactics, proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn as a lead-generation tool, and the ability to forge strong connections with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
1. Utilize email automation tools to create personalized and engaging email content.
2. Implement effective strategies for capturing leads and growing the email subscriber base.
3. Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and potential clients on LinkedIn.
4. Utilize LinkedIn messaging and networking techniques to establish meaningful connections.
5. Engage with prospects on LinkedIn, building rapport, and identifying business opportunities.
6. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential clients on LinkedIn.
7. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to convert leads into customers.
8. Continuously track and analyze the performance of email and LinkedIn campaigns, making data-driven improvements.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in email marketing and LinkedIn algorithms.
Sills Required :
1. Proven experience in lead generation through email marketing and LinkedIn.
2. In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
3. Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Snovio, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
4. Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a lead generation tool, including search filters, groups, and messaging strategies.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content and engaging LinkedIn messages.
6. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving lead generation targets.
8. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
9. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
10. Knowledge of IT Industry and previous experience in B2B lead generation is advantageous.
Education Required :
1. Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.
2. PG: MBA, M.Tech, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization.
