Techno Infonet - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Techno Infonet is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive revenue and penetrate new accounts with IT Consulting services, more specifically in Web Content Management, Mobile App, SEO and eCommerce arena. This is a great role for someone who is eager to develop a long-term career with a midsize company that provides opportunities for advancement in both sales and management roles while achieving a high figure earning potential.
The person who is hired in this position will have the following characteristics :
- A proven record in penetrating into new clients and interfacing with C-level executives in client companies.
- High energy and confident in building partnership with hiring managers, VPs, Director of IT, CEO's and CTO's of companies
- Excellent leadership skills supported by a commitment to mentor, train and coach junior Account Managers
- Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm in carrying out their responsibilities and possesses a highly professional demeanour
- Able to set and meet sales targets in the most challenging circumstances
- Determination, persistence, and ability to add new clients nationwide
- Must possess cold calling skills, and experience dealing with objections and managing objections
Responsibilities :
- Achieve revenue and profitability goals as defined by the Business Plan, which will be developed by the BDM
- Define and implement strategies for Techno Infonet to move up the value chain from a next door web design company to a strategic solution provider to direct clients
- Build long-term relationships with direct clients and integrators by meeting their website design and development needs and contributing to their growth
- Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization
- Select new leads and prospects, generate call lists, and meet prospective clients as part of the prospecting life cycle
- Conduct and lead email marketing campaigns
- Take the leads from inside Sales reps to close the deals.
- Respond to RFPs, work hand-in-hand with Sr Developers to deliver PoC.
- Responsible for hiring and managing sales and recruiting staff in order to achieve the revenue growth and profitability, as per the business plan
- Follow a structured business development methodology using vertical segmentation, geographic segmentation and other appropriate approaches
- Responsible for effective marketing strategy and communications plan to build brand awareness and market visibility for Techno Infonet's services.
- Marketing strategy will include web and social-media (Twitter, FaceBook, LinkedIn, etc.) based marketing, conferences, and networking
- Provide regular updates (via dashboard, reports, etc.) to the management (CEO, President) on all activities related to the business development
- Incorporate social responsibility as an integral part of Consulting business line
