We are looking for a Techno-Functional Sales Specialist to drive sales of our software solutions, particularly within the education sector.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge and sales acumen to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand technology solutions.
- Engage with clients to assess their business needs and technical challenges.
- Diagnose and resolve technical queries, providing troubleshooting support.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and showcase solution alignment.
- Act as a consultant, offering insights to optimize client processes.
- Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Provide software training to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted sales materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in techno-functional or technical sales.
- Strong technical knowledge, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
