Techno Commercial Sales Role - Hydraulics (3-8 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Analysis & identification of market potential for Industrial hydraulic cylinders & actuators. Competition analysis. Product benchmarking.
2. Application know how for various segments and upcoming trends
3. Nurturing and Handling of assigned customers as well as hunting new customers:
- Sustain existing business, outperform growth of customers & market by new products, new application solutions, snatching competition share.
- Annual sales planning
- Close co-ordination with cross functional departments for customers- RFQ
- Profitable growth
4. Day to day customer enquiry handling including technical closure of RFQ, co-ordination with supplying / manufacturing plant, timely response and follow-ups of ongoing RFQs
5. New product development and product management
6. Management reporting
7. Explore, develop, sustain & grow new customers with existing products and applications as well as new products new applications
- To achieve & exceed set targets ( combinations of KPIs )
Qualifications
B.E.-Mechanical or B.E. - Mechatronics with 4-5 years of experience.
Exposure required :
- Experience of handling customers on PAN India basis and across various industrial application
- Basic of product management and product life cycle
- Sales planning,
- Cross functional exposure
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics
- Excellent communicator (written & verbal)
- Analytical & strategic skills
