Techno Commercial Sales Role - Construction Chemical Manufacturing Firm (5-7 yrs)
-The specification manager will be responsible to lead the specification activities in the defined region for the projects which are being worked upon.
- He/ she will be working closely with the sales team in order to understand and finalise the client requirement.
- To write down specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design stage.
- To ensure that specifications covers complete range of products
- To get the products specified to consultants, Architects, Government departments and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated at the tender stage it-self
- Preparing the Effective Company Presentation & presenting to Business Influencers
- Develop customer relationship with the Specifiers/ new consultants, Architects.
- Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications.
- Breaking the competitors specifications for projects on ground and get the approvals for our company products.
- Create Standard specification submittals and generate specification data bank.
- Supporting the project team for technical discussions and conducting Architects and Engineers meet presentations.
- Preparing product technical datasheets, MSDS & other such documents as and when required.
Profile:
- Candidate should have a strong technical background
- Overall experience - 5 -10 yrs
- Excellent communication skills
