This role requires excellent writing skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, system specifications, and online help.

- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the technical details of products and services.

- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and easy to understand for the target audience.

- Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance the understanding of technical content.

- Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines.

- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.

- Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on feedback and product updates.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Technical Writer, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.

- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
