Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field such as mechanical or electrical or computer science or a focus on English, writing, or communications
6 months+ industry experience as a technical writer, writing documentation and proposal/quotes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and experience working with content in multiple mediums - Excellent teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support, and product management. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities.
A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical users.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, proposals, quotes and process documentation.
- Organizing project meetings and preparing meeting of minutes.
- Follow up on digital Marketing of our organizational.
- Assist the Director and project leads in operations.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.
- Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.
- Gather feedback on documentation to improve usability.
- Develop and follow up on Social media marketing.
