Technical Support Role - Voice Process - BPO (1-3 yrs)

Must be open for 24- 7 Shifts.

It is an B2B support process. Need to provide remote and on call support to international Clients for networking and Server. (Must have excellent communication Skills)
Job requirement:
Servers:
- Must have knowledg with Windows Server and Active directory.
- Good knowledge of managing & maintaining windows servers (2008/2012).
- Good understanding of CA (PKI Infrastructure) & SSL communication.
- Knowledge of user Object Attributes management and Group Policy Management
- Working Knowledge of DNS.
- Networking(Preferred):
- Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge of SSL VPNs.
- Basic LAN configuration understanding - Vlans, Trunks, Ether-channels, STP, SPAN, RSPAN, inter VLAN routing
- Should be able to Analyze Traces / Logs received from customer / field.
- Good understanding of Protocols (All layers) TCP, IP, UDP, SMTP, LDAP,TELNET, SSH, PORT Numbers.
- Good knowledge of services like DHCP, NTP, ARP, NAT, and ACL.
