- Candidate should know how to speak French fluently and can resolve the queries of the client.
- Handling client issues
- Freshers are also welcomed
- Should have the knowledge of working as technical sales support french language expert(voice process)
- Should have the knowledge in handling popups, email popups, phone email calls, banking, ios, Microsoft.
- Should have good communication skills, presentation skills
- Should have worked in the international process with French clients
- Basic troubleshooting for customers
- Speaking to the French customers and resolving their issues
- Salary no bar for the deserving candidate(based on the interview)
