Job Description :
1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills, 12+ months related experience in a technical support Experience in BPO
- Working knowledge of incident management systems (developed in training)
- Supporting the configuration, operation and troubleshooting of basic email, web - hosting and VPS issues
- Able to configure and troubleshoot computer and networking issues
- Understanding of terminology and concepts, including but not limited to - POP3/IMAP, - Exchange and VPNs - Triage and troubleshooting for basic email and hosting products
- No certification requirement
- Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
