Position Name : Technical Support Engineer

Experince : 2-3 Years
Skill Sets :
- Manage the flow of incoming phone calls, emails and chats
- Identify the issue and assess customers
- Handle customer Queries/complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to assist customers Extraordinary Communication(No accent required)
- Intermediate Computer knowledge
- Must be updated on latest Hardware and Software
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts
