Job Profile :
1. Taking international calls and remote access of printer, router emails etc
2. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
3. Convincing the customer and selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidate Profile :
1. Must Have Experience in Inbound/Outbound Tech Support or both for more than 6 months.
2.Fresher can also apply.
3. Must have good convincing and sales skills.
4.Must have basic computer knowledge
5. Must be comfortable in Night and Morning Shift
6. Must be fluent in English
7. Must be at least class 10 passed out Candidates who are residing in Kolkata or willing to relocate in Kolkata can only apply. Candidates who have experience in Tech Support can also apply.
