Job Description :
- Respond to Client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Follow up with Client for Sales or to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Onboarding new Clients by giving Demo as and when require
- Conducting Knowledge sharing with clients on new Product & Services.
- Upselling of other Product & Services to Onboarded clients.
- Speaking to Clients to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
