Job Description
Here is what we are looking for:
- Education (BCA or BTech(IT/CS))
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Technical support
- Own a 2 wheeler
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide system training to clients
- Talk to clients through a series of actions either by phone, email or chat until a technical issue is resolved
- Follow up with clients to ensure their integration is fully functional after troubleshooting
- Ensure all issues are properly logged and tracked
- Skills Required -
1. Computer science fundamentals
2. Basic Networking experience. Should know how to setup a basic network and troubleshooting steps.
3. Hands on linux commands
4. Experience Logs monitoring using commands like watch, tail and troubleshooting experience.
