Technical Support Role (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
This position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers, develop strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Interaction with our customers and providing them direct sales support.
- Marketing activities, potential client research
- Monitoring Sales Plan Vs Actual
- Reviewing monthly sales.
- Identify any custom technical requirements and coordinate as necessary with the product team
- Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).
- Provide Presales support for new and existing customers
Job Requirements :
- High drive level and ability to be proactive.
- Willingness to travel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical sales support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, co-operative attitude; team player.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in (BE/B-tech) in Mechanical
