Job Title: Technical Support Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Research and analyze customer issues
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues
- Document customer inquiries and resolutions
- Maintain up to date knowledge of our products and services
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English
Salary :
For freshers: 23k
For experience: 1.5 lakhs
