We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Candidates keen to kick start their carrier in Technical Support Engineer. As a fresher, you will assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include providing timely and effective support via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing technical problems, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.

Note: Candidate experience in tech support role with 6-months to 1 year can also apply in case if they find this requirement suits them.

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor's degree with excellent communication

- Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hiring Process :

Rounds of Interview :

1. Application Submission : Interested candidates should submit their resumes post which telephonic Screening will be conducted by Quess Corp

2. Initial Screening : Candidates will undergo an initial communication screening process from client.

3. Operations : Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview to assess their technical skills and compatibility (Flexibility & Stability) with the team.

4. Training Program : Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to cover essential technical skills, Soft Skill's and support processes by Quess Corp (HTD Program).

5. Assessment : After completing the training, candidates will take an assessment to evaluate their training learnings.

Deployment : Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be placed as Technical Support Engineer with the Client.
