Our client is a leading provider of security & video surveillance solutions in south Texas.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Present the benefits of our products and create solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Determine customer requirements and needs in order to recommend specific products.
- Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes
- Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills.
- Manage time effectively and meet personal goals.
- Work effectively with other members of the team.
- Basic understanding of smart device technologies like phones, tablets and computers.
-Follow company and office policies in regards to both conduct and employee performance.
- Provide technical and customer support via telephone for inbound calls.
- Troubleshoot varying degrees of technical support issues and walk customers through solutions over the phone.
- Develop an extensive knowledge of security systems, and other product lines and installation processes
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of and and proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), and Internet.
- Knowledge of electronics, computer hardware and network is a plus
- Knowledge of company functions is essential to this position.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
